About Westbury Family Practice
Dr. Tom Cahill set up the practice in Ballintemple after completing his vocational training in General Practice in 1989. As the practice grew, Dr. Aoife O’Donnell joined him in 2005. The Practice expanded rapidly and thus moved to a large modern purpose built primary health care centre in 2010. Dr. Margaret O’Connor joined the practice in 2013.
Facilities at Blackrock Hall are modern, spacious and comfortable. The practice is convenient to the south side of Cork City and the south link road.
We aim to provide continuing comprehensive care in a friendly atmosphere and in the context of the family, community and culture. Good communication is important to us in building long term relationships with our patients. We respect the autonomy of patients and like to involve you in decisions about your health care.
